High intensity interval Training is becoming a very popular style of training and there are many more gyms popping up across the UK now which are specializing in this form of training with minimal equipment and machinery using a space inside or outside incorporating Kettle Bells,Weight Bars,Dumb bells,Medicine and Swiss Balls,Weighted sacks,steppers,chin up bars,Suspension ropes along with other types of equipment.

The HIIT Training pro-gramme is a fitness pro-gramme which is backed by the science of post exercise oxygen consumption and proven to get great results. You can burn up to 1000 calories per workout so is ideal for toning up- weight loss and to increase your over all fitness levels.
During a 45 minute workout you will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate, which translates to zone 4/5.
