I booked my first 5 lessons of Personal Training with Matt looking to lose some weight and gain more strength and I have to say I’m already happy with the results.
The sessions are fun and the hour actually goes really fast, so there is no time to even think if you’re tired. Everyday its a different routine so he keeps you guessing and no time to get bored within the workouts.
He also gave me some eating instructions, that are like a diet – Healthy eating plan with the idea to have a more organized eating routines and change habits, instead of a strict weight lose plan, that only gives short term result.

Matthew is very patient calm and experienced my exercise has gradually increased in intensity and I am much more confident in myself now after suffering 2 major Strokes. I was able to get on a bus and go to the gym on 2 occasions by myself, the glints of pain have decreased substantially and i can walk for longer distances, shower and get dressed on my own. My legs, arms and muscles are much stronger even I can lift a 2kg weight with my bad arm this means I might be able to do my own shopping and can do my day to day activities independently in the future.
